We design our wellness structures and elements in as close a collaboration as possible with our Supply Partners. Able to produce visualisations for sales and construction, we can design a build for your aesthetics along with considerations like, lighting, pipework, and drainage requirements.

The XPS foam used in our contstuction has a compression resistance of 30 tons. But due to its composition its lightweight and easy to sculpt and cut. Wall section are tongue and grooved together and cut precisely with our large format hotwire tooling.

Prior to coating all our wellness elements are constructed, and labeled to ensure straight and true joints and an accurate build.

Each appropriate component is then coated twice, the first coat bonds to the XPS material along with an alkaline resistant reinforcement mesh. Then a final cementitous hard coat is applied to this giving a tile or render-ready finish.
